1.1 IncidentReporter365 is a simple and efficient way to safely record incidents when they happen, wherever you are and to notify these to whoever needs to know. The App allows users to take and send photos or video files or record and send an audio file. A text narrative describing the incident is also available if required.

2. Terms of Use and Privacy

2.1 By using the App and the Service, you (You, Your) agree to be bound by these terms of use (Terms). Please use the App and the Service only if You have read, understood and agree to the Terms.

2.2 By using the App and the Service, You consent to Incidentreporter365 using the information You provide to it in accordance with Incidentreporter365’s Privacy Policy.

Refunds/Cancellations

Buyers can first use the Incidentreporter365 application for 15 days trial period. They can then subscribe to our services by choosing to pay per month or per year. There will be no refund given for cancellation once the subscription is activated.
